Question

How do I move candidates by bulk to a new hiring stage?

Answer

You can use the Move Candidates feature to transfer multiple candidates to a new stage within the recruitment module. 

  1. Click the Recruitment menu.
  2. Click the Recruitment submenu.
  3. Under the Jobs tab, click the role you need.
  4. Click the tab of the hiring stage which currently has the candidates you want to move.
  5. Tick the checkbox beside the name of each candidate you need.
  6. Click the Bulk Actions dropdown button.
  7. Click Move to Hiring Stage.

  8. Select the hiring stage you want to move them to.
  9. Click the Continue button.

  10. (Optional) Tick the "Send this candidates an update" checkbox to inform the candidates that they are being moved to a new stage.
    1. On the Send Updates to Candidates popup, choose a template and edit the subject and message.
    2. Click the Move & Send button.
  11. On the confirmation popup, click the Continue button.
