  • If select team members need to be able to see the roster for an entire organisation, how do we amend that setting without making them an Admin in EH HR? e.g. a Shift Manager who needs to know who is working and when / where?

  • Hi Matthew Hay, thank you for your question. You may give special permissions to these employees using our Custom Security Settings feature. You need to create a custom security group that includes them, and adjust their permissions for Rostering Management. To learn how to do this, please refer to our article: How do I manage custom user security settings via the HR platform? You can find "Rostering Management" in the "Employee" tab when you create a new custom security group. Thank you!
