The Find Talent Visibility and Notifications feature allows you to control where Hero AI Placements appear within your platform. For example, you can disable it in the 1:1 feature but enable it in the employee file feature. It also lets you customise notifications, such as opting in for ATS Promotional Email Notifications. Hero AI is included in your paid Employment Hero subscription as a pre-release trial at no extra cost for viewing candidate recommendations or hiring recommended candidates. We are continuously improving Hero AI to optimise talent acquisition, with full release details to be announced shortly.

- In the Recruitment & Onboarding section, click Recruitment.
- Click the Find Talent tab.
- Choose where to enable the Hero AI features in platform.
- Click the Settings menu.
