Time off: Streamline time off processes, automate time off calculations
Getting started with Time off
With the Time off function, your organisation has a centralised platform to track and manage time off requests. This lets you save time and reduce human error in time off calculations.
- Your employees can easily submit time off requests via the desktop platform or on the go via the Employment Hero Work (EH Work) mobile app.
- Their managers or supervisors can also review and approve their time off via desktop or mobile.
- The centralised time off calendar provides visibility into employee scheduling and enables better workload management.
- You can customise your own time off policies to create a tailored employee experience. The platform will automatically track time off balance calculations.
